After the assessment, I recommended a YouTube channel, with a system that has the owners do only the parts that have to be theirs.
The two owners of an eldercare consulting practice know their subject, and client work fills their week. In the assessment, I saw that a YouTube channel was the right next step for them, and that they'd never have time to produce one on their own. I'm now scoping, designing and building a system in Claude that runs every video from topic to email. The owners talk on camera and approve what goes out. AI assistants do the rest.
No time to make videos
- Client work fills the week
- Every step of a video would land on the two owners
- Research, scripts, editing and emails each take hours
- So I recommended a system that does most of it for them
Every video, topic to email
- A research brief on the topic, with dated, sourced facts and the questions families are askingAI Assistant 1
- A 15-minute interview, one question at a time, answered out loudOwners
- The outline and talking points, in her own wordsAI Assistant 2
- Film it on their phonesOwners
- Trim the video in an editing appAI Assistant 3
- Titles, description, chapters, thumbnail words and short clipsAI Assistant 4
- The email to the list, with a free checklist for the videoAI Assistant 5
- Approve what goes outOwners
A tracker in their shared folder keeps their place, so either owner can stop and pick up at the right step. The plan puts their time at about 3 hours 40 minutes per video.
